# Quickstart

> Get set up with Notis in minutes — pick a channel, send your first message, and start automating.

Notis is a powerful AI assistant that lives inside the apps you already use — WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Slack, email, voice. Send a message, get something done. No new app to learn.

## Sign up

1. Visit [notis.ai](https://notis.ai) and click **Start for free**
2. Enter your email address and phone number
3. Pick a channel — [Telegram](/channels/telegram) (recommended) or [WhatsApp](/channels/whatsapp)
4. Press **Start** in the chat and validate your phone number
5. Notis walks you through a quick setup based on your selected use cases

## Sign in later

Notis uses passwordless magic links for the portal and desktop app. Go to [app.notis.ai/login](https://app.notis.ai/login), enter the email on your account, and open the one-time link sent to your inbox.

If a link expires, request a new one from the login page. Magic links are single-use, so always open the most recent email.

## The three pillars

Notis is built on three pillars: **onboard** to get started, **automate** to decide *when* Notis runs, and **customize** to shape *how* it works for you. Cover one of each and you have everything you need.
