# Social Media Posting (Native)

> Connect your social accounts directly to Notis and let it write, schedule, and publish across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and Bluesky — no third-party scheduler required.

<Note>
  This is the **native** way to publish to social media with Notis. You connect your accounts once in the Notis Portal, and Notis posts to them directly — no separate scheduling tool to set up. If you'd rather route publishing through a tool you already use, see the third-party options on the [Social Media](/guides/social-media) overview.
</Note>

## Supported platforms

Notis can publish natively to:

| Platform                           |               |
| ---------------------------------- | ------------- |
| **X** (Twitter)                    | **Instagram** |
| **LinkedIn**                       | **Facebook**  |
| **TikTok** and **TikTok Business** | **YouTube** |
| **Threads**                        | **Pinterest** |
| **Bluesky**                        |               |

## Connect your social accounts

1. Open Notis → **Settings → Integrations**

2. Choose the social platform you want to connect

3. **Select "PostForMe" as the provider** when prompted

4. Follow the account authorization flow

5. Confirm the connection — the platform shows as **Active** once it's ready

<Warning>
  When you connect a social platform, make sure to pick the **PostForMe** provider. Several of these platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) also appear as **Composio** integrations, but the Composio versions are **not reliable for posting and scheduling** — use PostForMe for anything you want Notis to publish.
</Warning>

You can also ask Notis to start the connection for you:

> *Connect my LinkedIn account so you can post for me.*

## What Notis can do once you're connected

* **Write or adapt the caption** for each platform, or use copy you provide.
* **Attach images or videos** — including media Notis generated for you.
* **Post now**, or **schedule** for a specific date and time.
* **Cross-post to several platforms** in a single request.
* **Save a draft** to review before it goes out.
* **Preview** how a post will look before publishing.
* **Check publishing results** to confirm what went live, and where.

## Post now

Once your accounts are connected, just ask in plain language. Notis writes or adapts the copy, attaches your media, and publishes to each platform.

> *Post this now on X and Instagram.*

> *Share this update on LinkedIn with a more professional caption.*

> *Turn this image into a Notis ad and post it to X, Instagram and LinkedIn.*

Notis handles platform-appropriate formatting (caption length, image sizing) for each destination.

## Schedule for later

> *Schedule this for tomorrow at 9am on X, LinkedIn and Threads.*

> *Queue this TikTok and this YouTube Short for Friday afternoon.*

> *Draft this post for Instagram so I can review it before it goes out.*

## Check what went live

> *Did my LinkedIn post from this morning publish?*

> *Show me the results of the cross-post I scheduled for X and Instagram.*

## Multiple accounts per platform

You can connect more than one account for the same platform — for example a personal and a brand X account.

* Your first account for a platform is used by default.

* When you connect a second account, give it a label (e.g. "brand", "personal").

* Mention the account in your message when you want a specific one:

  > *Post this from my brand X account, not my personal one.*

## Managing connections

From the **Integrations** page in your Notis Portal you can:

* Check whether an account needs attention (**Expired**, **Failed**, **Inactive**, or **Pending**)

* Reconnect an account that asks you to sign in again

* Edit labels or remove an account you no longer use

<Warning>
  If you publish through a third-party scheduling tool (NotionSocial, Postiz, Post Bridge, Zernio), do **not** also connect those same social accounts here — this would cause duplicate posts.
