Reminders
Notis allows you to set up reminders so you never miss important tasks or deadlines. Reminders can be one-time or recurring, and can be managed directly from your Notis dashboard.
What Are Reminders?
Reminders are scheduled messages that Notis sends you at a specified time or on a recurring schedule. You can use reminders for meetings, follow-ups, or any task you want to remember and they are compatible with every channels
Whenever Notis sends you a reminder, the context of the conversation at the time you set the reminder is automatically recalled, so Notis remembers what you were discussing.
How to Manage Reminders with Notis
“Remind me to submit my report at 5pm tomorrow.”
“Set a recurring reminder every Monday at 9am to check project status.”
“Can you list all my reminders?”
“Delete the reminder about picking up the milk.”
You can also ask Notis to link a Notion entry to a reminder so it’s context is easily retrieved.
How to Edit or Delete a Reminder in the Portal
- To edit, click the pencil icon next to a reminder, update the message or schedule, and save.
- To delete, click the trash icon. The reminder will be removed from your list.
