During the call

  • Web search and scraping
    • Find real‑time information on the web, scrape URLs to extract clean markdown content, parse PDFs, and capture screenshots. All sources are cited in your call notes.

  • Search your Notion workspace
    • The agent searches across all pages and databases you've shared with Notis to answer questions using your own docs as context.

  • Search documents and files
    • Search through uploaded files in your conversation history, assistant knowledge base, or thread‑specific documents to find specific information.

  • Long‑term memory
    • Access and search your saved memories (requires PRO+) to recall past conversations, decisions, and context from previous interactions.
