Connecting integrations

Via Notis

Simply ask Notis to connect to a new integration

Multiple Account Connections

You can connect multiple accounts of the same integration to Notis. For example, you can connect both your personal Gmail and your work Gmail, then specify which account to use for different tasks.

Connecting your first account

Connect any integration as usual from the Notis Portal or by asking Notis directly

Your first connection works automatically without needing a label

Adding additional accounts

When you connect a second account for the same integration, you'll be asked to provide a label (e.g., "work", "personal")

Your first account will automatically be labeled as "default"

Labels help Notis understand which account you want to use

Using specific accounts

When you have multiple accounts connected, simply mention which one you want to use in your message

Example: "Send this email from my work Gmail" or "Check my personal calendar"

If you don't specify, Notis will ask which account to use

Managing accounts

From the Integrations page in your Notis Portal:

Click the Settings (gear icon) button on any connected integration

View all connected accounts and their labels

Edit labels by clicking the pencil icon

Delete individual accounts using the trash icon

Add new accounts using the "Add Account" button

Example use cases

Email: Personal Gmail for personal matters, Work Gmail for professional communication

Calendar: Personal calendar for family events, Work calendar for meetings

Cloud Storage: Personal Google Drive, Work Google Drive

FAQs

Can I disconnect later?

Yes. Disconnect in Settings → Integrations. Notis will immediately lose access.

Can I connect multiple accounts for each integration?

Yes! You can connect multiple accounts of the same integration (e.g., personal and work Gmail). See the Multiple Account Connections section above for details.
