Teams
Manage your team on Notis: invite teammates, view who installed automations in the team library, handle central billing, and configure team settings.
Notis Teams allows you to collaborate with colleagues, share automations, and manage billing centrally. This guide covers everything you need to know about setting up and managing your team.
Getting Started with Teams
Creating a Team
To create a team, head to the Notis portal and navigate to Teams in the settings. From there, you can create a new team and start inviting members.
All team members can only be on the same subscription tier. Notis for team is available in the PRO+ and ULTRA tier.
Inviting Teammates
You can invite teammates by email. When you send an invite:
- The invitee receives an email and a text with a link to join your team
- Once onboarded, they'll have access to shared team resources
Resending Invites: If a teammate hasn't joined yet, you can resend the invite from the Teams settings. They'll be prompted to complete onboarding. You can follow their onboarding status from the team page.
You can only invite teammates that don't have an active subscription yet. Contact our support if you need to consolidate a teammate with an active subscription.
Removing Team Members
To remove someone from your team:
- Go to Teams → Members
- Find the member and click Remove
- Their access to team resources is revoked immediately
When removing a team member, your count of licenses will automatically adjust on the next billing cycle.
Team Automations Library
The Team Automations Library lets your team share and discover automations created by teammates.
Browsing the Library
- Access the library from Automations → Team Library in the portal
- See all automations shared by your team
- View which teammate created each automation
- See how many team members have installed each automation
Sharing Your Automations
To share an automation with your team:
- Create or open an existing automation
- In the automation menu, select “Publish as template”
- You can select the name, description, and editing privilege of your template.
Installing Team Automations
When you find an automation you want to use:
- Click Install on the automation card
- The automation is copied to your personal automations
- Customize the settings to fit your workflow
The library shows which teammates have installed each automation, helping you see what's popular and who to ask for tips.
Automations created from a template are kept in sync with the original template to allow your team to update the instructions without requiring team members to update their automation. If you want to modify the instructions from an automation created from a template, simply duplicate it into a new automation.
