Manage your Settings in the Portal

The following settings can be adjusted in your portal by clicking on the bottom right of the navigation bar on "Account Settings":
- Email: this is the email recognized by Notis for sending you and receiving emails.
- Full Name
- Custom Prompt: you can customize Notis by setting some custom instructions here. We do recommend you use the description of your Notion database instead. Use the custom prompt only to set behaviours that Notis need to follow across all tasks.
Manage your Settings with Notis
Notis can also adjust the following settings for you:
- Full Name
- Preferred Language: this is the language set during your onboarding. You can also set your language per database, by adding an instruction in their description.
- Timezone: the timezone is used to run you automations and reminders at the correct time. It’s normally inferred from your phone country code but you can ask Notis to set a specific timezone.
- Dictionary: Notis can manage a dictionary of words it the speech-engine doesn’t recognise correctly. Simply ask notis something like “Can you remember that “Notice” is spelled “Notis”.
- Preferred Parent Page: This is the page used by default to create new databases. Notis will ask where you want your new databases to be saved the first time you request it to create one for you.
