Step 1 — Prepare your Brand Kit doc
Create a Notion page that includes:- Primary and accent colors, font names, and logo files
- One or two example screenshots of on‑brand UI
- Do’s and don’ts for claims and tone
Step 2 — Create an “Ads” database in Notion
Create an inline database called “Ads” with these properties:- Title: Ad name
- Text: Ad copy
- Files: Original creative
- Files: New creative
Step 3 — Connect the new Ads database to Notis
Use one of the three options:- Portal: Open the Notis Portal from Telegram or web, Add Database, authorize, then manually Sync for instant availability
- Notion “Connections”: Add Notis to the page via Connections menu.
- Nesting: Place the page under an already‑synced area so it’s auto‑discovered by Notis.
Step 4 — Gather inspiration and references
Search for your competitors in the Facebook Ad Library and find an ad that resonates with you or just scroll instagram (the ones you see are likely the most performing ones. Save the best reference as a screenshot. You’ll send it to Notis as the seed.Step 5 — Ask Notis to create the ad
Send your screenshot to Notis with a concise task: “Create a new ad for <PRODUCT>. Here’s a competitor screenshot.”Step 6 — What happens behind the scenes
- Triage engine builds a plan: fetch Brand Kit, scrape product site, then design and save
- Context Manager retrieves your Brand Kit and site content
- Image model generates an on‑brand visual
- Upsert assistant saves a new row with copy, Original creative, and New creative in your Ads DB
