Notis is a powerful AI assistant that can handle your busy work, integrate with all your existing tools, and act like having up to 10 extra people on your team. With Notis, you have a contact inside WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or SMS that you can talk to—and it takes care of your tasks.
Here’s what you can do:
- Send a voice note and turn it into tasks

Onboarding
- Visit notis.ai and click “Start for free”
- Enter your email address and phone number
- Select your preferred messaging channel—Telegram (recommended) or WhatsApp
- Choose your use cases (e.g., note taking, task management, social media)
- Scan the QR code or click the button to open your messaging app
- Press Start in the chat and validate your phone number
- Notis will walk you through a quick setup based on your selected use cases
- Connect your apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Todoist, etc.) when prompted
Connect Notion
You have two options for connecting Notion:Option 1: Use Notis Second Brain (Recommended)
The easiest path with a clean, optimized structure.- Select the Notis Second Brain option during onboarding
- Open the Notis Second Brain template link provided
- Click “Start with this template” to duplicate it to your Notion workspace

- Return to Notis and confirm you’ve duplicated the template
- Click the link Notis provides to grant access
- Select the “Notis Second Brain” page in your private section
- Allow access—Notis will sync your databases automatically
Option 2: Use Your Existing System
If you already have a Notion setup you love:- Select “Use your own system” during onboarding
- Choose the pages and databases you want Notis to access
- Remember: Notis will have access to all subpages and databases within the pages you select
Record Your First Tasks and Notes
Once connected, you’re ready to start using Notis. Send a voice message to:- Track tasks: “Create a task to remind me to finish my review” → Notis saves it to your task manager
- Capture notes: Share a thought and Notis will organize it in your Notion notes
- Brainstorm content: “Come up with five thumbnail ideas for my video” → Notis creates and tracks them
Set Up Your First Automation
Automations let Notis work for you in the background. Here’s how to set up a Meeting Prep automation:- Ask Notis for a link to your portal
- Go to Automations → New Automation
- Name it “Meeting Prep”
- Add your automation prompt (here’s the one used in the video)
- Set the channel to Email
- Set the trigger to Google Calendar → Events starting soon
- Set the countdown window (e.g., 30 minutes before)
- Click Create
- Meeting purpose and context
- Prior communication history

Create Your First Reminder
Reminders ensure you never forget important follow-ups:- Send Notis a message like: “Create a reminder for December 13th to send a follow-up from my meeting with Matt. I’d like to brainstorm workshop ideas.”
- Notis will confirm the reminder is set
- When the time comes, Notis will message you directly in your chat
