Install and set it up
- Open Store and install 5 Minutes Journal.
- Open the Journal menu in your sidebar and choose Set up Journal.
- Choose your morning time, evening time, days, timezone, and where you want the check-ins delivered.
- Review the plan Notis shows you, then confirm it.
What the check-ins ask
The morning check-in covers your waking mood, how you feel, energy, motivation, three gratitudes, an intention, and an affirmation. The evening reflection comes back to the same day. It asks how the day felt overall, what stood out, what you learned, and whether you want to add anything in your own words. If you skipped something in the morning, Notis can gently pick it up here. You can answer partially or skip a question. Journal leaves missing details blank and never turns a missed day into a warning.Read your Journal
