A report or a Space page?

Ask for a report when you want a result with its own layout: a weekly review, a research summary, or a proposal. Notis saves it in Notes, ready to open from your conversation. Each report keeps its own design. Updating this week’s report doesn’t change last week’s. Use a page in a Space when many items should share the same layout, such as every customer profile or project overview. Updating that page changes the layout for all those items. Reopen a report from its link in your conversation, or from its folder in Notes. A report that loads current information from your connected tools gets its own Space instead. Who can open a report follows the access to its Space. Before a report changes data or sends anything, you’ll be asked to confirm the action. A correction updates the same report without changing other reports.

Saved HTML pages

Notes also keeps the HTML pages Notis creates for you. Ask Notis to save or update a page, then open its link to see it full screen. New pages and reports go in the Notis reports folder, or in any folder you name. They don’t show in All notes: open their folder to find them. If you don’t have Notes yet, Notis suggests installing it. Pages and reports saved before Spaces are in Notes too and keep their look. A report saved before Spaces stays as it was: if you ask for a correction, Notis saves the corrected version as a new page in the same folder. A page is private until you share it: click Share at the top (next to Back to Spaces when the page fills the screen), turn on Publish this page as a site, then click Copy site link and send the link. To turn it off, turn the same switch off; your saved page stays. Visitors see the page without your Notis navigation or chat. A report saved before Spaces can’t be shared as a public page. See Publish a site.

Share context without leaving your work

Your chat keeps a context pill for the page or item you have open. It updates as you move around, so you can check what Notis will see before sending. When a report or a Space page offers comments:
  1. Select a passage, choose Comment, and write your response.
  2. Choose Add to chat. Your comment and selected passage appear together in a pill.
  3. Send your message when you’re ready. Adding a pill doesn’t send anything by itself.
Some Space pages offer their own ways to comment, such as clicking a point on an image. Those comments can carry the image and the exact spot into chat too. The page decides how to display and save its own annotations. Copy text from a supported report or Space page and paste it into chat to attach a selected-text pill with its source. Text copied elsewhere pastes normally. Hover over a pill, or click it to keep its preview open. You can read its content, check the source, and expand Context details for more information. Remove any extra pill you don’t want to include before sending. Unsent chat context survives ordinary reloads on that device. If a message fails, its context stays with the failed message so you can retry. Context already sent stays unchanged, even if you later edit the page or add a newer comment. These controls are optional; plain HTML documents don’t include them. A comment isn’t permission to carry out a proposal: tell Notis explicitly when you want it to take action.
