What are the different tiers?

- Pro+ ($59/mo or $39/mo when billed annually): For busy operators who need to win back a full day every week by automating recurring work across their tools.
- Ultra ($149/mo or $99/mo when billed annually): For high-growth teams building human-led, agentic teams—where operators design and manage a swarm of AI agents.
Do you offer a free trial?
All plans come with a 7-day Ultra trial with a $20 usage cap. You enter your payment details upfront, and your chosen subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. What are Notis’s billing cycles?
Billing cycles run monthly or annually, starting on the day you subscribed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can see your current cycle on the Usage page under Billing cycle. Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch self-serve from the Notis portal:- Open app.notis.ai/subscribe.
- Toggle Annual billing on or off at the top of the pricing page (annual gets you 4 months free).
- Pick your plan and confirm in Stripe Checkout.
How does Notis handle billing changes?
When you change your subscription plan or billing cycle, Notis follows two simple rules:- Upgrades take effect immediately. Moving to a higher tier (or from monthly to annual on the same tier) charges the prorated difference right away and unlocks the new usage cap on the spot.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Moving to a lower tier (or from annual to monthly) keeps your current plan and usage cap until your billing period ends, then switches you over — so you don’t lose anything you’ve already paid for.
