How do I access billing settings?
Open the Notis portal and click Manage Subscription in the right-hand sidebar of the Usage page (or in the user menu). This opens a secure Stripe session for your account where you can update payment methods, switch plans, download invoices, and cancel. If you prefer the email-based flow, open the Stripe customer portal directly and enter the email you used when subscribing — you’ll receive a secure link by email.Where can I find my invoices?
Open the Notis portal, click Manage Subscription, and scroll to the Invoice history section in the Stripe billing portal. You can view and download every current and past invoice as a PDF from there. Invoices are also emailed to your billing email each time a payment succeeds.How do I update my billing information?
Open the Notis portal → Manage Subscription to update your payment method, company name, address, and tax information through Stripe. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Changes only affect future invoices — historical invoices cannot be modified.How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in two ways:- Ask Notis directly in any channel (“cancel my subscription”).
- Or cancel yourself: open the Notis portal, click Manage Subscription, then click Cancel subscription.
